Now it's easy to manage digital documents on the move thanks to a suite of free to use software tools. Here's how:

6. Paste it in

Back in ThinkFree, use the bottom pop-up menu to create a ‘New' document. You'll be able to paste text, as well as key in your own, in this new file.

7. Choose a file type

You can create new files that are in all of the popular Office style configurations. Everything from word processing to complex spreadsheets can be edited on the go on a Tab.

8. Format and go

Save the document and it's easy to format text and other layout options in a few screen taps. This includes inserting images and pasting in text as we've just outlined.
