Yes. Are you using Vista? If so, open System Restore, and at the bottom of the window, click in the box beside the words, "Show restore points older than five days". You should get a whole list of Restore Points.

You don't say what program you are using. And if it's XP, Vista or Win7.

If you're using Vista and that option hasn't been offered, then I can only surmise that you perhaps only have one Restore Point available.
Have you only just switched on System Restore? Have you severely limited the amount of disk space available to SR?
The answer to Sea Urchin's question is important.

You may know this already, but just in case: the initial window only shows restore points for the current month so you may need to click the arrow at the top left to go back month by month until you find a restore point date shown in bold.

I cannot see any arrow anywhere in the window, am i missing something?

On the little window that says 'on this calendar choose a bold date' it has the month at the top e.g November and to the left there is a < arrow which will click back a month at a time and to the right there is > arrow which will go forward.

Thereferee21 Would you be able to post a clear, detailed description of the window that opens, when you launch System Restore?

Hi Pineman,
It says at the top
Restore system files and setting
Reccomnended restore choose this option to undo the most recent restore point.
Or choose another restore point if i go with this i have only three dates all in November none earlier and no other options.
I hope this helps you.
Cheers
Ian

Ian Sorry for the delayed reply - I've been away.
The following link will hopefully give you a clear explanation of using System Restore under Vista.

So in Pineman100's link above on the first screen you check 'Choose a different restore point' then click Next.
On the next screen you are showing 5 days restore points. Below that is a box that says 'Show restore points older than 5 days'. Tick that box and click Next.
You should then get a screen with more restore points to choose from.
What part of this is not happening for you?

Hi Sea Urchin,
It only goes back to the 6th of this month nothing older than that.
Cheers
