Adding an FTP page to a website

Evening, all.

Our website would really benefit from a page where customers could FTP their files to us directly. We have FTP accounts but I don't know how to access these without using an FTP client. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial that will teach me how to add this functionality to a webpage? I have a bit of html knowledge and have managed to cobble a website together so I can handle html, just not css or owt fancy like that ;)
