I have an old VCD disk of the Grandkids which plays OK on the PC but not an three DVD players Is it possible to reclaim the contents and place onto a DVD I'm a rookie but willing to have a go if possible Many thanks

see if you can import it with Windows Movie Maker. If so publish it then use Windows DVD maker

If you have XP with Windows Movie Maker, you should be able to Capture the VCD into Movie Maker, then burn it to DVD.
I have recently done a similar job for a friend, used DVD+R disc, works perfectly on both PC and my normal DVD Player/Recorder.
