Hi there, can anybody help.
I have 360 share pro which was working fine until 2 days 3 days ago.When i try to open the programe, it wont open, the logo appears as if working and then nothing, the programe does'nt open.

Yes i am aware of the scam but it has been fine .The problem with it is the programe wont opoen now, when it was working fine. Could there be a simple reason for this. The programme is not responding now

Are you serious? Did you pay money for this? If you really must use a P2P application then download one you don't have to pay for.

Again im aware i have had it for 7 months now it worked fine i want an answer to why the programe is not opening not some body telling me its stupid to pay. My logic was if i pay the les likely of viruses but any way i want solution to question.If you dont know, then fine!

You and thousands of others have been conned and are having/have had the same problem. There is a possible solution, which involves uninstalling and cleaning up the dross, then downloading and reinstalling, at this link click here

P2P software allows you to download files from and share files with, other users of the same P2P software, imstuck. The P2P software in itself is not a hazard, but the files you download using it, can be. Make sure to scan all files downloaded, with your antivirus software before clicking on them. My point is that most P2P software is free, paying for a free product doesn't make you less prone to getting viruses through downloading files using it.

I had this problem and found a solution

I also was a 'lifetime' member. When I tried to log in a couple of days ago, I was directed to download 360 Share Pro. Upon doing so, nothing happened. I clicked on the icon and tried to open the program and nothing. I sent them a 'ticket' and inquired about the problem and after a couple of 'basics' of reinstalling after totally uninstalling everything, etc., I was instructed to remove ALL my Javan (including updates), restart my computer and download and install the Java from this link -- click here

upon doing so, I was again able to use the software. It must be something that changed in the Java script. I hope this helps you and that you are successful. Good luck. Sheila

This is an easy one to sort out

Go to control panel,click on Java and remove all but the latest update,say 5.10.So anything below that,REMOVE.If you've got the latest update which is 6.01 it will not work with that one either so you'll need to remove that as well.Uninstall your 360 PRO then go to their Web Site and down load the latest 360 PRO.Just install this and you'll be back to down loading stuff again.Just make sure that you don't update Java when it tells you to or you'll be back to square one again.

Thanks to Bigal@seamills I am back up and running! He or she nailed this one! Just get rid of any recent Java updates and uninstall 360 Sharepro and then reinstall it and you will be back up in no time! Thanks Bigal!!!

if you go to 360 pro login for members they have a downloadable patch to repair the problems ppl have connecting to their site
