Hi.

Does anyone have a Liteon HD-A760GX DVD recorder?

Iam looking to buy one and was wondering about quality/reliability?

They are £240 on the SVP website. IS this a good price?

Are they multiregion or hackable?

i cannot see anywhere in the review that this recorder has a digital tuner installed or am i missing something , you will not be able to record any digital programmes without.

It is also available at Ebuyer for £240 which seems to be about the lowest price. It has got a tuner but whether it's an analogue one or digital it doesn't say. (or is it me insufficiently informed on the matter).

It proberbly won't have a digital tuner or they would be boasting about it in the blurb, you will have to connect it to a freeview box, cable or sky to record digital.

My daughter has a Liteon with 80gig HDD (don't know what model) but she has had it just over a year.

Now obviously I cannot vouch for the seller, but it is an indication that you can do better than the price you have mentioned with a little bit of effort.
