MS Office won't repair from control panel

My niece installed an anti virus product and subsequently discovered a problem with MS Office (home & student 2010). On opening a file, MS Office says it can't verify the license and we can try to fix this via control panel. We have run the repair feature within control panel but it hasn't helped. (Uninstall, change, repair). She also no longer has the key.

She has had tech help from the vendor to uninstall the antivirus but the MS Office problem remains?

We've looked at various tips online such as registry keys and .dat files but to be honest that's a bit beyond us. Any one have any simple areas we could try to resolve this, otherwise I fear she will need to uninstall office and buy another copy?

Windows 7 on a dell Laptop.

Belarc Advisor here will list the license keys (print and keep a copy)

Try a system restore to before she installed the antivirus program
