black screen appears when entering my password in win 8

my laptop starts normally until it reach the screen that i have to enter my password then i turns black but the laptop is still working

so what to do ?

Instead of entering your password hold down the Carl alt delete buttons and see if TaskManager will open.Press them a few times if the first one does nothing..I am sure you can then get into safe mode that way.

That should be Ctrl alt del buttons.
