hello please can someone help when i start internet explorer i get this message THERE WAS A PROBLEM STARTING C:USER\THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND

this even pops up when i open outlook to look at my emails ? thank you Paul PS i put back my computer to an early restore point but still pops up !!!

thanks for that link did the scan and restarted computer but that box is still popping up the scan found NO issues thank you Paul P S using windows 7

It looks like a profile corruption as there are no other errors showing. Create another account with administrator privileges within your account so you have two admin accounts.
