old xp default folder in windows 7

hi I have found a folder called default from my old XP OS in my user folder of my w7, when installing my w7 I installed a fresh copy which left windows old in my new OS, I deleted windows old but I can't delete the old empty default folder that is in the user folder of w7 thanks

The Default folder is supposed to be there - it contains the files used when a new account is created.
