Error loading application in Windows 7

Hi!

I'm trying to install an application downloaded from the Internet & saved to a memory stick.

Running setup exe from the downloaded folder, the install commences but then errors: "Windows cannot find C:\Users\ALUNS-1\Appdata\Local\Temp\file.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"

Applications directly downloaded ie. CCleaner, and applications on disc with autoplay ie. Office, will all install ok

Any clues?

Regards
