reducing e-mail pic for printing

Recently sent pic by email. It came over as 2736x3648 pixels (2.1mb). I would like to print it off as a 5x7/4x6cm. but cannot find a way to do this. Can anyone help.

Right Click the picture in your email and save it in My Pictures. Then go to the picture and highlight it and click on Print, Select paper size you need, change printer properties to Photo Paper, if that is what you are using, and you are good to go.
