ok so i'm not sure what make my mic is, its a bit old, but i plugged it into my lenovo tower, there where two plugs, a green-bluey and a red one. I put the red into the red socket and black into the green-bluey one. It worked fine. I installed morphvox pro onto my machine and it stopped working. So, i uninstalled it and now it just won't work. Anyone help?

If you have a speaker icon in the lower right hand corner of your display then right click on it, select Recording Devices. Plug in your microphone and see if a new one shows up, if it does set it as default device. You should also see green bars moving as you make noise into the microphone.
