Snipping tool blacks out screen

I think it used to work but now when activated it blacks out all the screen except the snipping tool itself

If you have TR as chub_tor asked then to change the setting for screen capture, open the console, second page of dashboard, Security Policy, Edit Policy, type the letters in the security box. At the top of the list you can change what TR does with screen capturing.

Definately proves to be Rapport so taken off- not sure what it adds to security anyway!

Have you read this? if you have Trusteer Rapport installed for your bank security then this may be causing your problem.
