Hey everyone, I recently upgraded to Windows 8 and there is this strange bug that I'm facing. Some of the key have got swapped funnily.

For example: hashtag(shift+3) is now £ at(shift+2) is now " (shift+') is now @

I thought something was wrong with the keyboard layout even though I never even touched it. So set it to US from UK but still the same.

Then i thought, may be something to with my PC, but no even my friend is facing the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I have a Dell Inspiron 14R

"So set it to US from UK but still the same."

I suspect the problem is that it was already configured to use the US layout after you upgraded. It is currently behaving as a US keyboard so set it back to UK.
