I can only say that a long time ago I tried Panda, before cloud was invented, and ran a mile. Ditto Norton and AVG. Once bitten so never looked back. Today it is no doubt different and they may be the best security software but I won't be using them.

Sorry can't be of help but another similar posting suggested that a 'cloud' security program could be easily compromised, without you knowing, if the malware took over your internet connection.
