If I install Windows 7 Ultimate and then add windows XP or Vista either physically or virtually would I be able to use Outlook Express or Windows Mail, depending on which OS I added, to access my emails ? I find all the email programs available with Win 7 to be far too complicated and miss the simplicity or OE and WinMail.

There is a work around here to get Windows Mail on Windows 7 PC's if you are feeling adventurous.

Have you tried Windows Live Mail? It really isn't complicated and the beauty of it is that you can access it from anywhere, from any PC.
