ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Hi all, has anyone got any idea how to add an additional driver to a HP laserjet p1505n printer.

I need to add the 64 bit driver as i have a number of users who have 64 bit windows 7 therefore unable to print to the printer without the 64 bit printer driver.

Iv downloaded a driver from the hp website but an error occurs when trying to add the driver using the additional drivers option.

Thanks

First you could try to download again via the Microsoft site link here to see if that works.

If not Start - Devices and Printers - where you should find your printer - right click on it and you should be able to update the driver

Have a look at this from Microsoft which explains how to do it through updates.
