Hi, can anyone help please ? Have bought an HP 625 Laptop with Windows 7 Home 64bit. Having trouble connecting my vmc K3565 rev 2 dongle. Says device drive software installed successfully but when clicking on connect button says...Mobile connections not possible ensure that no other programs are using your selected device.....Dongle works ok on my WXP machine... I guess it's a windows problem ! i would be grateful of any advice..........Steve

If the dongle works on XP and not with Win7, then the problem is probably wrong drivers. Have you updated with the latest set?
