Adding a program to start up in Windows 7

Hello all,

I would like to add a program to my Start up so that if my PC restarts from an update or something else then this program will automatically start up.

How can I do this?

I did look in "Start, All programs, Start up" but it seems I can only add a Folder and not a program.

Click on start and highlight all programs with mouse pointer, right click and select Open All Users a window will open.

Click on Programs/Startup now just drag or paste a copy of the Program/icon into the Startup folder.

Every time Windows opens the program will open.

Thank-you very much BRYNIT for the clear explanation,

That worked perfectly.
