Change Drive Letter

Hi. I have a Laptop with Vista on OSInstall(C:) and a partition with Windows7 (D:). (At the moment the Laptop is duel booting)

My question is would it be possible to change my Windows_7 on (D:) to my OS_Install (C:) and then uninstall Vista.

I was thinking of changing the drive letter first ie: C: to H: then D: to C: then reformat H: to get rid of Vista, would this be possible.

Thank you for your help. Rod.
