Startup Manager for Windows 7?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knew a good (and powerful) start-up manager that is compatible with Windows 7?

I know that CCleaner has one built in, but it is too basic for what I am looking for.

Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks, Omegaalpha :)
