My 3 week old Win 7 (ultimate) has now decided that Firefox is a risk. I have tried to turn off UAC, but it still comes back and shows me the option screen for turning off UAC, but still insists on asking me every single time I access Firefox.
I am rapidly approaching suicide with this os......

try disabling the extension java quick starter and see if that stops it.
