Start menu folders

Is there anyway I can tidy up the way the program files are shown in the start menu? I like to have all own folder in the "programs" section. For example I have quite a few programs I would like to be put in a folder named "Games" instead of having loads of individual folders showing. THis was possible in XP and was good.

Click on Orb, then right click on All Programs, click on Open, double click Programs, then create and name your new folder, drag and drop programs into is as you wish.
