Windows 7 Backup

I am having problems scheduling backup in Windows 7. I have created a full backup using the built-in utility but when I try to click on the "Turn on schedule" or the "Change settings" there is no response.

Obviously I can create a full backup at any time but I would appreciate being able to schedule this automatically. Am I doing somethig wrong? Any ideas on how to schedule would be welcome.

I have managed to schedule backups through the Action Centre, so I can close this thread.
