Upgrade from Vista to Win 7

I have just read the item in PC Advisor re upgrade from Vista to Win 7 and am a bit confused. I currently have "Windows Live Mail" installed and it works fine, when I upgrade, because this program is not included in the upgrade, does this mean that Windows Live Mail will be deleted and I will have to download it and install it again. Any one know the answer please.

You will have to download Windows Live Mail and install once the upgrade is finished. Your mail files will be found in a folder Windows.old which is created during the upgrade.
