Windows mail - email address transfer

Hi there,
Because of an unsolvable problem, I have had to re-install Vista home addition on a second HD but within the same computer. I can still access the old version but can't see how I can transfer all my email addresses - all help would be very gratefully received.

Click on File - Export - Windows Contacts - vCards - then choose a location to save them to (USB drive might be easiest and act as a back up for future reference)

In the 'new' Windows mail, click File - Import - Windows Contacts - vCards and select the location & file where you saved the Export.

Email addresses should transfer into your contact folder.

Hope this helps
