Win 7 creating dual boot in bios

I have a Amilo notebook with Phoenix BIOS, Vista OS. I created a new partition F (to install W7) and there are also partitions C (system)& D (data)(E=DVD). The BIOS boot options show:
Boot priority order:
1 USB KEY
2 USB FCD
3 USB HDD
4 IDE CD (DVD description)
5 USB CDROM
6 IDE HDD (HD description)

What to these mean? How do I achieve dual boot?
