Is it the same max amount of RAM as Vista for 32 bit? or can it run better with more.

The same limitations apply ie 4GB is all that can be utilised.

I have PC with 4GB RAM running Vista and have now got Windows 7 on a separate HD on the same PC and it's boot up is twice as fast as Vista.
