Event View Errors

In my log i am getting the following Error message which seems consistant.

I have checked the Event Log Online Help but there doesn't appear to be a resolve.

Has any one else experienced this error and got a fix?

I always get a similar message when the computer starts. Had it for months. I just ignore it along with many of the other things that appear in the event viewer. My computer works fine without any problems.

Vista has some great features but for me it seems the most unstable OS i have ever used next to Windows Millenium lol.

I've now developed a shutdown problem on my pc. It will not shut down properly.

If i shut down clicking on the start button the Shut down screen comes up but just hangs until i cold boot and switch off however if i log off my user account then press the Shutdown button it shuts down ok.
