Vista- keeps crashing in internet explorer.

Help! so far this morning, my Pc has crashed about 8times. at one time after rebooting itself, the moment i went into Internet explorer, it crashed again! this is being occuring often before, maybe once or twice a day but today was just infuriating. The error message is as follows:

Is it only when you go into Internet Explorer and what version are you running

Googling your error indicates that a number of others have had similar problems and the most commonly suggested solutions are...

1. you hsve a virus, run a scan.
2. you have a driver issue - usually graphics - and that is giving you the blue screen. Update your driver.
3. you have recently installed new hardware and there is a driver issue.
