Vista not allowing me to End Tasks...

Hi all, I'm running Vista Home Premium and I'm encountering an issue whereby after a random length of up-time, I'm not able to end any tasks through the Task Manager, or using any of the task killing utilities available.

Any ideas on this? Rebooting is getting tedious!

Hi, there! Problem is : when create a file, screen is blocked and nothing can't to do on this window. The same is when delete file or rename file. In the background all is done, but screen (window) still stay the same and can't close it or to do anything except restart. Have some ideas to solve this. Thank You
