One Notes in Vista

I have 'printed' a recipe from a webpage to 'One Notes' and am trying to get it onto the recipe tab. The 'unfiled Notes' file is at the bottom lh corner of the One Notes page. How do I file it under the recipe tab, please. It doesn't want to be dragged!

After a bit more searching I have found the answer - on click here!

One opens the unfiled notes file by a left-click and then right-clicks the tab at the top and selects the move button. Problem solved!
