Where is Notebook in Vista?

A silly thing, but I can't find notebook in Vista, nor even Windows Accessories. Where have they gone? I want to paste some text into notebook to remove the code. This is before copying and pasting it into an Expression Web page.

Go to start orb/search bar and type NOTEPAD, press return. Does notepad appear?

On mine it is called Notepad.

Click globe, click search, enter Notepad?

Glode/Start Menu, programs, accessories you should get in there both notepad and wordpad. at least I have with Home premium
