as per anskyber's post...It's not included in the ISO image file and needs to be downloaded and setup. I only needed my email address, it took care of the POP and SMTP settings all by itself.

I found it automatically imported all my email accounts, address book and stored emails, I didn't need to do a thing...very impressive!
