HOW TO RECOVER SHIFT + DELETE ITEMS

yestreday night i deletd an excell file with Shift + Delete pls advise how to recover that file.

There are a number of programmes that can help you recover files Click Here the most commonly recommended here is Recuva Click Here but do it quickly before the file gets overwritten.
