Should i ever need to reinstall windows 8

Hi all i just got a new laptop with windows 8 on it a sony vaio i swiched from windsows 7 its a 64 bit os can anyone tell me should i ever have the need to do a clean reinstall and also should i get a registery cleaner thanks in advance barry

Go into control panel and press recovery.You can create a recovery option from there.

That looks like the only way unless you got the proper W/8 disk with the computer.

New laptop it would probably have asked you to create new recovery disks when you ran it.Either that or they should have been supplied with the laptop.

Quite a few on here use Acronis to back up there system in case of problems the cheapest I can see for that is £24.

Now I have never used it and get lost on W/8 so best waiting for someone that can give you the proper information that you need.

Registry cleaner I would leave out just now but maybe needed in the future.

I just set my browsers to delete most things on shut down and also use the disk clean up on windows occasionally.

C Cleaner seems to be the most popular one if you do have the occasion to use one.
