Desktop Icon removed in error

Just received new desktop loaded with Windows 8!!!! Don't like it at all, but sure I'll get used to it. In error, i removed the desktop icon. How in the do I get it back?

I the start page click on the Store app. Right click anywhere and top left shows 'Your Apps'. Select 'apps not installed on this PC'. It should be there to re-install.
