I have changed O/S from Vista Basic to Windows 8 Pro via the download offer £24.99.Besides other issues such as lost programs that they dont warn you about I have a crackling sound on all audio output when I connect to the internet. The funny thing is that if I get a visual program such as Catchup TV via VGA to VGA on my telly or Youtube video on my laptop-if I minimise the picture the crackling disappears?. My laptop is now not supported from Fujisu Seimens as it is 5 years old and I cannot update drivers for free. I have tried everything I know being of limited technincal knowledge on computers. I have downloaded all Windows updates and spent hours on the thing. Any suggestions gratefully received. Richard
