Black screen on my Windows 8

something has gone terribly wrong with our new Windows 8. The screen has gone black and everything is locked. It will show the Windows logo and then Fuzwhlr - welcome" and then immediately "monitor goes to sleep" and shuts down. Can you help us?

If a laptop see if you can restore to factory settings. Tapping an "F" key on booting should get you to the manufacturers help/restore screen. Try F10.

Fuzwhlr is something to do with Hotel bookings? Possible Trojan.

Did you get someone to set up the PC with your logo to show after boot up Windows screen?
