Internet access with Windows 8

My new laptop has windows 8 on it. I gain access to the Interne5 briefly for an hour or two, then it disconnects me and I cannot geet back on. Tried changing password etc, then again works for an hour or two and then disconnects me. Very frustrating, please help

I can only suggest trying to update the driver. Bottom left, right click and select device manager. Find network adapters then expand, right click the wlan card and select update driver software, select search automatically.....
If that doesn't work then, as it's new, consider returning it for repair.

You may have been better putting this on the Helproom as it is a connection problem and not a W8 problem.
You would get more help from there.
Maybe close this one and open a new one on the helproom.
Make and model number of computer and your ISP would probably come in handy plus make and model of Wireless/modem.I assume you are connected by Wireless.
Check in Device manager for any yellow exclamation marks.make sure all windows updates have been downloaded.
