Windows 8 - People app or new email search results

Hi Everytime I'm in people app (or even when I try to send a new mail) the search results from charms menu hardly returns anything. It doesn't return any of my facebook or twitter contacts when I search for them (even though I can see them in people app) and if I search for any of my Outlook.com contacts it only searches contacts emails and not their names. In other words in order to find a contact I need to know their email address! This is really frustrating, just wondering if anyone can help me on this..

P.S. If I do the exact search from either my wp7.5 or outlook.com contacts search, it brings all the correct results, so clearly something wrong with people app in win8.
