Unable to download and install apps

Hi, I'm trying to download apps from Microsoft market pace on my laptop,which is running w8 Each time it states I'm unable and try again later( free apps). I haven't supplied my bank details to purchase ,is this the reason or something else ? Thanks

Hi, Many thanks for the help and the link. I checked ,and was logged into my account .the problem was that the new laptop was running the trail version of McAfee which was blocking the connection. When uninstalled problem was no more ( I hate McAfee) Thanks
