Will my pc run windows 8

Hello, My pc specs are :

CPU: p4 3.04Ghz RAM:1.5GB GPU:nvidia Geforce FX 5500 (256 MB)

i am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate with no problem. Will i be able to run Windows 8 too Will my GPU support Windows 8

Run the Upgrade Assistant from here. "You can run Upgrade Assistant without purchasing or installing Windows 8."
