My PC is running Windows 8 and the printer is an HP6510. I stopped a document printing by removing the paper and then switched the PC and printer off. When all switched on again this doc was still in the print queue and so I tried deleting it, although it says Deleting it won't delete and so is blocking the queue and I can't print anything not even a Test Page! Please how can I delete this doc from the print queue?

Try this, right corner, search and type services.msc Scroll down to Print Spooler and double click and select stop then OK.
Open file explorer, C:\ , Windows, System 32, spool, printers and empty what's in the printers folder. Close file explorer. Back to services.msc and restart Print Spooler.
