Change return email add in win live mail.

With win mail I can put a return email add and it only shows that return add not the add I have sent it from. Can I do that in win live mail or indeed in any email prog?

If you set up multiple email accounts in Windows Live Mail then, when you create a new message, there is a drop-down menu from which to select the account (and therefore email address) to use in the outgoing message. You can, of course, use any email address you want in the configuration of each of the accounts, for example if you want to use a personal domain address.
