Wifi printing help

I wish to install Epson software on my PC to enable wifi printing. I have just had W8 installed. Is it best to run the CD in desktop mode? Will the disk start automatically?

Just insert the CD whatever page you're viewing. It will install and 8 will auto change to desktop if need be.

Thanks for the help. Is there anything else I should be aware of when installing new software supported by Win8? (I am used to Win7)
