What is D: Lenovo Drive?

Hi all,
I had to do a re-install of Windows 8 (I chose to RESET not refresh). When I did this I set it to do a full drive clean, I accidently told it to do this for both C & D drives. What is the D: Lenovo Drive on my computer? Is it a backup?
Before I did the reset I copied everything on D: to my external hard-drive (there was just 1 folder titled Drivers). Now that my PC is reset, I have noticed that the D: is now empty. However, everything seems to be working fine.
Shall I just copy the Drivers from my Ex HD back to the empty drive? Do I need to worry about anything? All of my drivers and included Lenovo Software seems to be installed and working at the moment without it..
Thanks

Not sure but could it have been your back to factory restore settings. That usually comes in a different partition in your case maybe D Drive.
Mine is on D Drive 29.9Gb.
