hi iam thinking of installing w8 on 3pcs the problem is what graphics card pci and agp will give me the 1366 that w8 needs for snap or do i really need snap thanks Chippy

Could you explain your question in a little more detail as I really do not understand your post.

One thing though if your PC's are running Windows 7 now then you will not gain much by upgrading to Windows 8. In my opinion it is a an upgrade which marries a tablet interface with a desktop interface and to be honest they really do not work well together.
