Can't install the HP Photosmart 7510 software CD on a Windows 8. Get message the OS is not compatible. Is there a way to get it to install anyway?

Try opening the CD with the prompts, Right click setup and run as admin. works for me every time

Right click the exe that starts the installation, click on properties, then compatibility, and run it in compatibility mode as windows 7. Most of my all my drivers for my netbook I have done that and works flawlessly.
Hope it helps
